0.0	Maia	- H -	Explorers Miners Alien Hunters		A black hole system in the Pleiades nebula, there are another 2 nearby, one in HR 1185 and one in HIP 17000. This is home to the first nebula based station(s). It is a great jumping off point for exploring the California nebula, Witch nebula, …). Be careful in Open Play there could be human pirates about. I would recommend Explorers to only enter this system either in Solo or in a trusted player group. In and around Maia there is a cluster of blue star systems so bring your scanners (ADS and DSS). There are also several pristine metallic rings around, see here. There is actually a reasonably profitable trade route between Obsidian Orbital and Darnielle's Progress (a planetary station) within this system and it take a minute or so to travel between the 2, this must be one of the fastest trade routes in the game. There are also a lot of missions at both stations back to the bubble and to some military stations in the area. Last but not least, all 3 major factions (Federation, Empire and Alliance) are present here so you can collect bounties for all 3 at once.
4.3	Merope	- M -	Alien Hunters		A pretty system in the Pleiades nebula close to the inhabited system of Maia. It has 2 pristine metallic rings but is most well known for being the centre of the Thargoid Probe mysteries.

21.5	HR 1185	- M -	Megaship	The Indra	The Empire's very own dockable megaship, a High Tech station. For those who would rather not risk parking the Cutter on the nearby Hi-G planet, in the same system, where the Ceres Tarn planetary station is based. See this gallery
			Hi-g-Landers Explorers		A black hole system. It also has a high g planet. Planet A4 has a gravitational pull of 4.12g, thats 4.12 times that of earth. Try to land without splatting your spaceship. I managed to land a Diamond Back Explorer, Python and Asp Explorere here without any problems but then I got cocky and tried to land a full loaded Cutter, and splat well more like bounce, bounce, splat. The system is not far from Maia, around 22 Ly. Now there is the station here : Ceres Tarn. Anyways it is on the planet and has full RRR, Outfitting and Shipyard facilities.

34.9	Pleiades Sector LN-S b4-3		Alien Hunters	Planet C 3, -13.1651, -54.358	Another location for an alien encounter at a barnacle site. This time a potato planet. The barnacle fronds can be harvested for synthesis materials, these seem to be readily available: Iron, Carbon, Sulphur, Phosphorus, Germanium, Manganes, Chromium and Nickel. You can also harvest this barnacle pair for Arsenic, Tin and Tellurium and of course Meta-alloys (this pair has 5). Best to sell Meta-Alloys at Darnielle's Progress to get the highest price (around 115000 CR each). Don't destroy all the barnacles fronds as I believe that kills of the site completely, but mode switch and and collect as much as you need.
36.7	HIP 17125		Alien Wreck Generation Ship		The wreckage of an old style thargoid scout ship with several thargoid materials (suitable for fullfilling the Palin missions handed out at Obsidian Orbital in Maia) scattered around. Planet A 3 A at coordinates -65.8193, 48.8662. Use this -65.8193, 48.8662 get your bearings! There is also a generation ship here, 'Victoria's Song', at planet A7A see this link for details. This planet on which the crash scout ship is found orbits a gas giant. Now co-orbiting this gas giant is a terraformable water world. These are worth a lot so bring your Detailed Surface Scanner and earn a little extra.

79.3	HIP 16813	- M -	Asteroid Stations	Sisters' Refuge	An asteroid station, 3,557 Ls from the entry star is within the ring of planetary body A 1. The system is located about half way between the Pleaides Nebula and the bubble. See this gallery for some pictures. There is also a PMR ring (planet B1) in the same system, but it is a short trek, about 204000 Ls (10-15 minutes) from the main entry star. An old Cobra (Cobra JJ-386) wreck is also found on HIP 12099 1B at -54.36 -50.36. It seems to be a legendary one. The logs found in place indicated that it was the Cobra of Jameson himself ! 225.4	102 Iota Tauri	- L -	Materials Hunter Explorers		Planet B 2 a has 3.0% Niobium, the highest in the bubble according to EDDB. It aslo has Arsenic at 2.1% so you might collect some of that as well. The same planet also has 3.0% Tin which is very high for a bubble system, making this planet a metrial collector's gem.

232.3	Mirphak		Materials Hunter		Planetary object A 2 is a beautiful velvet red coloured class IV gas giant. All of the moons of this gas giant are metal rich and so well worth a detailed scan. They are also very small, the largest is 210 km in radius. Most interesting of all is the moon A2d which has a very high 3.2% Niobium, one of the highest in the galaxy according to EDDB. It also has Arsenic at 2.2% and Selenium at 3.3%. There is a pod of type B blue stars nearby, including a black hole in nearby 39 Delta Persei. So although it is slightly away from the bubble it is well worth a snozzle.

235.6	WASP-77 A		Hi-g-Landers	WASP-77 A 1	High g planetary landing challenge. Planet 'WASP-77 A 1' (12 Ls from arrival star) has a gravitational pull of 7.94079g, that is 7.94079 times that of earth. Try to land without splatting your spaceship.

			Base Jumping	A5 ("Dav's Hope" planetary settlement) at 46.4223, -30.7504	Mountain close to Dav's Hope - Fun to climb, deadly to go down (Schimz) A great base jumping location with 0.08g gravity but the landing is poor (very rugged terrain, need a smaller ship like a DBX, landing spot at 45.3473, -30.9284). 244.7	HIP 15304	- L -	Materials Hunters	Planet 6CA	Has a very high 2.9% Arsenic content. This is one of the highest levels in the bubble. For other good Arsenic sources try this EDDB link here. I topped up on Arsenic here myself (and got my fill of Niobium as well), went to the largest crater I could find and then searched a gorge right next to it. Look for mesosiderite, which appears on the scanner as a very thin band at the bottom.
258.7	Diaguandri	- M -	Ship Buyers		Good outfitting and purchasing of the larger ships with a 15% reduction on the purchase price and parts fitted (and consequently a lower insurance) at Ray Gateway. Has several pristine metallic rings nearby but the nearest is in HIP 13644.

265.2	Irusan	- H -	Space installations	Bella Port (55 Km away)	The Drive Yards (an installation and federal capital ship dock). Note the installation/capital ship dock is around 55 Km away from the large station Bella Port. In supercriuse it actually has a separate marker. You can boost from one to the other but it will take a couple of minutes. There are a couple of satellites that can be scanned and the various military vessels on patrol can also be scanned. 271.5	4 Beta Trianguli		Explorers		An uninhabited system within the bubble, has 5 terraformable planets on one star, a system scan here netted me 277000CR and that was before the exploration buff, now each of the terraformables would yield more than that alone..
273.0	Robigo	- M -	Smugglers Explorers Canyon Runners		An overlooked facet of Robigo is the spectacular outlook from the space station, which overlooks a planetary asteroid ring from above. Moon 1B, not far from the system outpost is great for canyon runs as mentioned here.
273.7	Orulas	- L -	Smugglers		Famous for the community goal to wipe them out from Nespeleve. Well they are still there and if you can get pass the inevitable interdictions and get to their outpost Converse Platform, there seems to be a lot of illicit missions and a few legal ones as well. The system next door, Villing, is not much better although it did not have the range of high value missions that I found here

			Materials Hunter Explorers	Planet 1	Has 2.9% Tin, which for a bubble system is very high according to EDDB. It also has 2.4% Tungsten which is one of the highest in and around the bubble. It also has Vanadium at 10.7% which is a very high level within the bubble.
278.4	Arjung	- H -	Cutter Purchasers		Hiyya Orbital is the cheapest place to buy an Imperial Cutter (that I know of). Get a 15% reduction on the ship and any parts as it is a Li Yong-Rui exploited system. That is 30 million credit saving (plus reduced insurance) on the ship alone. This station also stocks the very expensive 8A rated Thrusters and 7A power distributor (again with the Li Yong-Rui 15% reduction).
286.8	18 Camelopardalis		Explorers Miners		An amazing uninhabited bubble system that has a neutron star and many metal rich planets/moons. Also has a pristine metallic ringed planet.

291.4	Synuefai LX-R d5-28	- M -	Explorers		A far out inhabited system on the way to the California Nebula. There are 2 stations here. Agricultural Orbis station New Beaumont Dock is here and has a Shipyard, Outfitting and full RRR facilities. The other station, Perseus Hold, is planetary and is also an Agricultural station and the only planetary station I know of with an Agricultural based Commodities Market (this could be a bug).

296.8	Col 285 Sector UZ-O c6-9	- L -	Abandoned Station	B 6	There is an abandoned planetary settlement, called "Orion's Folly", on this planetary object at -87.04, -10.52. It is claimed that this abandoned settlement belonged to the unfortunate crew of a generation ship that missed its intended target but that is not so clear from the logs. Engineering materials are known to spawn here. Check out CMDR Scott's Page for more details.
305.4	Aditi	- H -	Smugglers Miners Explorers		Isolated Empire controlled system. This system is a great stop of point for explorers. It lies below the bubble, on the way to far out Fehu. Also, this system is good for ranking up with the Empire, take some passenger modules for passenger missions moving people between here and the system next door. Combine that with data delivery missions and haulage missions.

307.8	BD+22 4939	- L -	Explorers		Another remote system, about 130 Ly from the bubble. There are some other inhabited systems around this one but only 1 other contains a station with docking facilities, the refinery Thornycraft Terminal in Synuefai LC-C B46-1. Also in this system is a military station with full facilities. I think this has been taken over by a player faction, the long range smuggling missions are possibly gone.

314.7	Sothis	- H -	Explorers Smugglers Miners Rare traders		Note that Te Kaha, Takarua, HIP 8396, Robigo, Ceos and Sothis form a semblance of a line of systems ending here at Sothis. Sophis has 2 stations, a terraforming one and an extraction one. Take crystalline gold from the main station back to the bubble (a Rare), allocation seems to be 20 tons which is a lot for a rare. Another system, Ceos, is nearby so it is often the target of short range missions from Sothis. For miners, very close by is a Pristine Metallic Ring system (HIP 11879) although be warned, Sophis and nearby Ceos are crap-tacular for mining supplies (and it is a long trek to the nearest well stocked Hi-Tech system). A great jump off point for deep space exploration, there is a Wolf-Rayet star (HIP 5100) within 150Ly and some binary stars a bit further out from that, although I didn’t spot them until after I had returned from the Wolfy-Rayet star, Doh!. There are a few black holes around (Mintaka?). There is also a small nebula LBN 642? nearby. Also this system is on the way to the California nebula, Witchhead nebula, Horse's something nebula and a whole bunch of other nebulas all in one big galactic dust-up so big it is pretty much visible everywhere. Perhaps, do a circular mini-exploration loop by returning via Merope. Whilst you are here, nearby Mirphak is a great source for Niobium (3.2%)

Requires a medium pad landable ship. Right on the edge of the bubble so take an ADS, DSS and a Fuel Scoop and dip your toes in the black to relieve yourself of the grind.

322.6	Har Pahary	- H -	Base Jumping	Har Pahary 1 at -40.1137, 75.0169	Canyon jumping & racing (Arkadi) A great base jumping and racing location under 0.07g gravity. This place is well suited for beginners. It features steep canyon walls, it isn't terrible high and the bottom of the canyon invites for exploring and racing. 333.2	Wu Guinagi	- M -	Empire ranking		Apparently, a great place for getting data missions for ranking up with the Empire as mentioned here. Run missions between here and HIP 10716.
