Imperial Capital ship dock next to Jefferies Port in the Ugrivirii system. There are also 3 satellites here that can be scanned again and again by relogging. Another thing of note here is that Jeffries Port has a great stock of equipment, seems like it is a major station. Scan all the military ships, they may well yield some nice data items. It could also be a good place to do some wake scanning on the military patrols. See also this video.
