The Drive Yards are an installation and federal capital ship dock in the Irusan system. Note the installation/capital ship dock is around 55 Km away from the large station Bella Port. In supercriuse it actually has a separate marker. You can boost from one to the other but it will take a couple of minutes. There are a couple of satellites that can be scanned and the various military vessels on patrol can also be scanned. Candy Crew Guild controlled Bella Port and the system when I was there (08-06-2018), but they are not a Federation faction.
